TRAINERS

I have been a personal trainer for 3 years and in that time I have helped many clients achieve their goals mainly dealing with clients wanting to achieve fat and inch loss. I trained in Redbridge Sports centre before working here and dropped 2 dress sizes. My favourite exercise is the pull up which is great for my abs too! I really enjoy my job and also love taking part in many sports. I have a particular passion for rugby and recruit, coach and referee primary school children in Redbridge in my spare time.

I am also qualified to do GP Referrals.
